Pickled beets and t...Ooooooh, I LOVE pickled beets! Pickled beets and tomatoes are the only 2 things I've ever canned. Well, I canned some leftover homemade soup once. Strawberry freezer jam doesn't count as canning. Did you grow the beets yourself? That's what I should plant next year. I've never planted any, but I hear they're easy to grow. Nevermind that my husband doesn't like them.
