Its Over

Whew Christmas is finually over what a joyous and glorious time and yet soooo tiring! I am exhausted.

We had a great time of feasting and visiting and fun and games and most of all celebrating the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ. And that celebration goes on every day of the year without all the hub-bub and fatigue.............thank the Lord for that.

Hope all of you had a great and wonderful Christmas and "Because He lives we can face tomorrow" and look forward to a great new year even in troubling times. WHAT A SAVIOUR!

Dustin and Jamey came on Tuesday evening and we got to see our beautiful new baby girl and see the other two for a day and was that fun. We look forward to next week and more feasting and fun to start off the new year with our visit with them on their way back thru to Colo.

So with no further news for the moment I will go and try to learn more about posting pictures to share. So TaTa for now

uhhmm December 19, that date sounds familiar..........uhhh oh yeah thats Isaac's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISAAC hope you have lots of fun today celebrating your 5th birthday we have a surprise for you when you get here Tuesday night.

Well if nothing happens I will finish my shopping this weekend and get ready for a busy week.

A season for everything

King Soloman said "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" (Ecclesiastes 3:1) I'm trying to console myself that it is God's will for us to have winter, ice and cold weather. And that it is only temporary . I certainly can't say that I have been inconvenienced so far by it I have enjoyed staying in my warm and cozy house however my Christmas preparation is somewhat hindered.............hopefully Friday will be the day that I can finish my shopping and be ready for some very special "company" yippee!!! I don't want to be too busy to do lots of visiting tho their first visit will be short I want to make the most of it.

Well in case some one reads this blog that I won't see "MERRY CHRISTMAS"

Well there is only 10 more days til Christmas and I'm about half-way done with my shopping yikes! I need some GOOD weather a lot of people are motivated to go Christmas shopping in cold weather and snow makes it better but I hate it I can shop better when it is sunny and 70 degrees out. Oh well maybe it will all get done somehow.

And maybe this blog will take better shape as I get more experienced with it.

So I'll keep trying to learn more about it and until then it will be very generic......lol
